Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage and drive a sales team in the
SIP/Mutual Fund investment domain. The ideal candidate should have robust
team-handling, sales, customer relationships, and leadership skills, along with
a good understanding of SIPs and investment products.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive mutual fund sales, SIP registrations, and
customer acquisition.
- Manage
leads, follow-ups, conversions, and customer onboarding.
- Handle key
customers and support the team in closing high-value leads.
- Develop
strategies to improve sales conversion and team productivity.
- Maintain
daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance dashboards.
- Build and
maintain strong customer relationships for long-term investments.

Requirements
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Mutual Funds, Wealth
Management, Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or FinTech.




- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, convincing, and
closing skills.
- Good understanding of Mutual Funds, SIPs, and
investment products.
- Strong customer relationship and team management
skills.
