Motion Graphics Designer

nWe’re looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join the creative team at NISHANI , based in Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur .
nWe’re looking for someone with a solid creative eye, attention to detail, and the ability to create engaging, scroll-stopping content while staying true to our brand guidelines .
nYou’ll work closely with our marketing team and founders , taking briefs from concept to final execution and creating content across social media and paid advertising.

nWhat you’ll be doing

- n
- Taking creative briefs and independently developing them into engaging video contentn
- Creating motion graphics, social media videos, reels and paid ad creativesn
- Editing video footage and creating polished final editsn
- Shooting footage when required and taking ownership of the entire post-production processn
- Creating content that is visually engaging while staying within NISHANI’s brand guidelinesn
- Understanding how creative needs to adapt across different platforms and formatsn




- Bringing your own creative input and ideas to briefsn
- Working with the team to continuously evolve NISHANI’s visual languagen
- Creating a mix of motion graphics, video edits, animations and other visual contentn
- Exploring and incorporating new creative formats and techniques where relevantn

nWhat we’re looking for
n
- n
- 2–5 years of experience in motion graphics / video designn
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro n
- A strong creative eye and attention to detail n
- Ability to create engaging, scroll-stopping content without compromising on brand consistencyn
- Ability to independently take a brief from idea → execution → final output n
- Good understanding of social media content and what makes creative work across different platforms n
- Understanding of paid social / performance creative and the ability to create content suited to different objectives and formats
