About the RolenWe are looking for a driven and relationship-savvy Business Development professional to lead our Corporate Gifting vertical. This role is focused on building and managing strategic partnerships with event companies and corporate offices to drive consistent, high-value business for Crave Right's gifting range.

Key Responsibilitiesn

- Identify, pitch,



and onboard new corporate clients for Crave Right's gifting solutions across festive, milestone, and bulk-order occasionsn
- Build and nurture long-term tie-ups with event management companies for gifting collaborations on corporate events, conferences, and celebrationsn
- Establish and grow partnerships with corporate offices and HR/admin teams , including allied touchpoints like workplace F&B; and hospitality vendors, for employee gifting, onboarding kits, and recognition programsn
- Own the full sales cycle — lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closing, and account managementn
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine gifting solutions and pricingn
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and tie-up targetsn
- Maintain a strong pipeline and provide regular reporting to leadershipn
