nAbout the Role
nB-Tech Digital Agency is looking for a Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Lead Generation and Social Media Management .
nThe ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, monitor and optimize digital advertising campaigns with a solid focus on generating quality leads and measurable results for clients .

nRoles & Responsibilities

- n
- Plan, create and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ad campaigns n
- Handle Lead Generation, Traffic, Engagement and Conversion campaigns n
- Research and create relevant target audiences, custom audiences and retargeting audiences n
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA and overall ROI n
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, audiences and campaign strategiesn
- Identify winning campaigns and scale them effectivelyn
- Coordinate with the Graphic Design & Content Team for ad creativesn




- Manage clients' Facebook & Instagram social media accounts n
- Plan and maintain social media content calendarsn
- Monitor campaign budgets and daily ad spendn
- Analyse lead quality and campaign performancen
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports n
- Provide recommendations to improve client campaign resultsn
- Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, algorithm changes and digital marketing strategies n
