About the Position Nirmal Vasundhara Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and scale our B2B sales function in the areas of Sustainability, ESG, EPR, Carbon Accounting, Reporting and Compliance Solutions .
This is a hands-on leadership position . We are looking for someone who can independently build a sales team, establish a structured sales process, manage the sales pipeline and personally drive important business closures.
The ideal candidate should be a sales qualified with proven team-handling experience , strong B2B client-facing skills and the ability to convert business opportunities into long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Team Leadership & Development
Build, recruit, train and manage a result-oriented sales team.
Define individual and team-wise sales targets, KPIs and activity metrics.




Establish a structured process for lead generation, calling, meetings, follow-ups and closures.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
Monitor team productivity and take timely corrective action where required.
Build a performance-driven and accountable sales culture.
2. Business Development & Revenue Growth
Own and drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop and manage the complete B2B sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
Generate and convert new business opportunities through multiple channels.
Personally manage key accounts, strategic prospects and high-value opportunities.
Develop relationships with CXOs, Directors, Business Owners, EHS, Sustainability, Procurement and Compliance professionals.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, negotiations and commercial discussions.
Ensure systematic and timely follow-up until closure.
