Responsibilities

- n
- Understand product requirements and develop suitable hardware solutions.n
- Design and develop Analog, Digital and Mixed-Signal circuits.n
- Work with firmware/software teams for hardware-software integration.n
- Perform prototype testing, validation, debugging and troubleshooting.n
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.n
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers and customers.n
- Ensure project deliverables meet Time, Cost and Quality requirements.n
- Support design reviews and guide junior engineers where required.n

nQualifications
n• BE/B.Tech – ECE, EEE, Electronics or equivalent.
nExperience
n• 3–12 years in Electronics Hardware Design & Development, preferably in Defence / Industrial / Rail / Healthcare / Retail Automation / Embedded Electronics.




nTechnical & Process Capabilities
n
- n
- Hands-on experience in Analog, Digital & Mixed-Signal circuit design.n
- ORCAD schematic/layout and circuit simulation.n
- Microcontrollers, FPGA, Discrete & Analog I/O.n
- Communication protocols: SPI, UART, I2C, CAN, RS-232/485, USB, Ethernet.n
- Knowledge of PCB design, hardware testing and debugging.n
- Familiarity with DFM, component selection, suppliers and manufacturing processes.n
- Knowledge of reliability, thermal management and EMI/EMC.n
- Experience with electronic measurement instruments.n
- miliarity with MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, JSS 55555, IEC/EN and FCC is desirable.n
