nWhat You’ll Own
n● Own and manage the end-to-end sales funnel to drive higher conversion rates
n● Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent project closures
n● Drive 12–15 project bookings per month by ensuring robust pipeline management
n● Deliver exceptional customer experience and relationship management throughout the sales journey
n● Collaborate closely with designers at the Experience Centre to ensure seamless execution of assigned
nprojects
n● Actively participate in and contribute to training programs aimed at enhancing customer experience




n● Coach and train designers to improve customer interactions and overall experience quality
n● Take ownership of centre-level growth, contributing to overall business expansion in the city
nRoles & Responsibilities
nWhat We’re Looking For
n● Bachelor’s degree (B.Arch, B.Tech, Commerce) or Master’s degree/MBA from a Tier 2 institute or
nabove
n● 4–5+ years of experience in Business Development and Growth roles
n● 3+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in a high-value consultative selling environment
n● This is an individual contributor role requiring high ownership, strong intent, and sharp sales acumen
n● No direct team reporting; success depends on cross-functional collaboration with designers and
ninternal stakeholders
