Job Description:

What you’ll do:

• Reporting, Dashboard & Analytics Ownership
Own the development, maintenance, and enhancement of core sales dashboards and reporting, including pipeline health, bookings, revenue, productivity,



and cross-sell metrics. Ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.
• Advanced Data Analysis, AI & Insights
Apply advanced analytics, statistical methods, and AI/data science techniques to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers of sales performance. Develop predictive and AI-enabled insights that improve decision-making, and translate complex analyses into explicit, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Forecasting & Predictive Pipeline Analytics
Partner with Sales Operations and Finance to support forecasting through pipeline analysis, data validation, predictive modeling, and identification of key drivers impacting forecast accuracy. Leverage machine learning and statistical techniques where appropriate to improve forecast visibility and confidence.
• AI & Data Science Solutions
Identify opportunities to apply AI, machine learning,
