Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with 1–3 years of experience in digital and local marketing, preferably with experience working with businesses in the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Business Profile (GBP), Google Ads, Instagram, Local SEO, and content strategy, along with solid analytical, communication, and client-management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles across multiple client accounts to improve local visibility, rankings, engagement, and lead generation.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns based on business and acquisition goals.
- Optimize Instagram profiles and content strategies to improve reach, engagement, follower growth, and organic audience acquisition.
- Develop local marketing strategies covering keywords, competitor analysis, reviews, content, GBP optimization, and local search visibility.
- Identify content and growth opportunities based on search trends, audience behavior, competitor activity, and channel performance.




- Analyze marketing, social media, search, and campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Identify gaps across the acquisition funnel and recommend ways to improve lead quality, conversion, and overall performance.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives and translate them into relevant marketing strategies.
- Conduct client reviews, onboarding sessions, and strategy discussions.
- Prepare clear performance reports covering results, insights, recommendations, and next steps.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing recommendations are executed effectively and client requirements are addressed.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, local SEO, social media marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Google Business Profile and Local SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
