nWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Head – Professional Services from Payments or Fintech world to lead the program management and delivery function across our global services portfolio. This leader will ensure smooth, high-quality, and customer-centric delivery of professional services engagements balancing operational rigor with flexibility and collaboration.
NThe role demands a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable being hands-on, able to lead teams, manage complex enterprise programs, and drive alignment across solutions, advisory, and technical functions.

- Define and drive the global delivery strategy for skilled services, aligning with business and customer success objectives. N
- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle: from scoping and planning to execution, governance, and handover. N
- Establish delivery governance frameworks (stage gates, risk & issue management, decision logs, change control) that enable cross-functional alignment without bureaucratic overhead. N
- Ensure proactive monitoring and course correction, with transparent executive reporting and forward-looking insights. N
