The Role

We are looking for an Operations Engineer to support and enhance the reliability and operational efficiency of our high-frequency trading environment.

You will monitor production trading systems, troubleshoot operational issues, automate workflows,



and work closely with developers and traders to ensure reliable day-to-day trading operations.

This is a hands-on role that combines production support, automation, monitoring, and deployment in a fast-paced, production-critical workplace.

What You’ll Do
- Monitor day-to-day operations of production trading systems and ensure their reliability and availability.
- Monitor system health, performance, and operational workflows across the trading environment.
- Identify system and process issues, investigate causes, and ensure timely resolution.
- Investigate production alerts, incidents, and system anomalies and coordinate appropriate remediation.
- Develop Python and Shell/Bash scripts to automate repetitive operational tasks and improve efficiency.
- Build and improve automation tools that support production trading workflows.
