nWe are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager who is passionate about enterprise technology consulting and B2B sales.
nThe ideal candidate will identify, engage, and qualify enterprise opportunities across Digital Transformation, Customer Experience (CX), Employee Experience (EX), AI, Work Management, CRM, Enterprise Applications, and Intelligent Automation solutions.
nThe role requires a consultative mindset with the ability to engage CXOs, understand business challenges, generate qualified opportunities, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
nKey Responsibilities
nBusiness Development & Prospect Generation

- Identify and qualify enterprise sales opportunities through research, outbound prospecting, digital outreach, referrals, events, webinars, and inbound enquiries.n
- Build and nurture a healthy sales pipeline across assigned territories and industry verticals.n
- Research target accounts,



understand organizational structures, business initiatives, technology landscape, and decision-makers.n
- Discover customer pain points and position Virtuos Digital's consulting and technology solutions accordingly.n
- Convert prospects into qualified opportunities following Virtuos' Insight Sales Methodology.n
- Schedule meetings and solution discussions with CXOs and business stakeholders.n

nMarket Research & Account Intelligence

- Conduct industry and competitive research to identify business opportunities.n
- Monitor market trends, funding announcements, mergers, acquisitions, expansion plans, and digital transformation initiatives.n
- Develop detailed account intelligence, including existing technology stack, digital maturity, and strategic priorities.n
- Build and maintain accurate prospect databases using CRM and sales intelligence platforms.n
