Role Overview:

nThe Vice President - D2C & Marketplaces will own the complete P&L;, growth strategy, and execution of myTrident's digital commerce business across the brand website and leading marketplaces.
nThis leadership role requires a blend of strategic thinking, digital expertise, commercial acumen, customer obsession, and operational excellence. The incumbent will be responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, customer acquisition, retention, marketplace excellence, and building a high-performing digital commerce organization.

nBusiness & P&L; Ownership

- Own end-to-end revenue, profitability, and growth targets for D2C and Marketplace channels.n
- Develop and execute annual and long-term business plans aligned with company objectives.n
- Drive sustainable growth while optimizing contribution margin and customer lifetime value.n
- Establish channel-wise growth roadmaps and performance scorecards.n

- Lead the growth and optimization of myTrident's website and digital commerce ecosystem.n
- Drive traffic, conversion, repeat purchases, and customer retention.n
- Enhance customer experience through personalization, merchandising, loyalty initiatives, and seamless user journeys.n
- Collaborate with product, technology, supply chain, and marketing teams to improve business performance.n

nMarketplace Strategy & Growth

- Define and execute channel strategies across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and other relevant platforms.n
- Build strategic relationships with marketplace partners and senior stakeholders.n
- Drive assortment expansion, visibility, advertising effectiveness, and category leadership.n
- Lead annual business planning, negotiations, growth investments, and joint business plans with marketplaces.n
