Role Overview
nAs an SDR at Unicommerce, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. You’ll play a critical role in building pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects across e-commerce brands and retailers in India. This role is ideal for someone who is highly driven, curious, and comfortable with outbound sales.

nKey Responsibilities
n1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
n● Identify and research potential e-commerce brands, D2C companies, and retail businesses
n● Build target account lists and generate leads via LinkedIn, databases, and other tools
n● Run structured outbound campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
n

n2. Cold Calling & Outreach
n● Conduct high-volume cold calls to introduce Unicommerce solutions
n● Craft personalized outreach messages to drive engagement
n● Consistently meet daily/weekly activity benchmarks
n

n3. Qualification & Discovery
n● Understand prospect needs, current tech stack, and pain points
n● Qualify leads based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and buying intent




n● Conduct discovery conversations to identify fit and urgency
n

n4. Pipeline Creation
n● Book qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
n● Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
n● Ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities to the sales team
n

n5. Market Intelligence
n● Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitors, and customer challenges
n● Share insights from prospect conversations with marketing and product teams
n

nKey Requirements
n● 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or SDR roles (SaaS preferred)
n● Robust communication skills (verbal + written) in English and Hindi
n● Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
n● Basic understanding of e-commerce, SaaS, or retail tech is a plus
n● Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Easyleads, or similar
n● Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
