Quality & Compliance

CAD / Engineering Data Management

Experience performing enterprise PLM assessments, operating model reviews, and transformation roadmaps.

Ability to benchmark current-state processes against High-Tech industry best practices.

Experience presenting recommendations to VP/CXO-level stakeholders.

Strong business consulting and process transformation skills beyond tool implementation expertise.

Exposure to PLM transformation programs involving 3DEXPERIENCE and CAD applications.

Ability to perform capability assessments and fit-gap analysis against industry best practices.

Note:

This is more of a business process and operating model assessment than a tool implementation exercise. Therefore, robust functional and domain consulting capability will be critical.
