Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain scalable backend systems for AI workflows

Design high-throughput services handling large-scale task execution

Develop distributed systems and compute orchestration pipelines

Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Take ownership of production systems and ensure performance & reliability

Required Skills:

4–6 years of backend development experience

Strong knowledge of Python / Go

Solid understanding of data structures, system design & distributed systems

Experience with databases, APIs, and async processing

Exposure to scalable, high-performance systems

Preferred:

Experience in AI/ML systems or data platforms

Background from a reputed Computer Science program

Startup or high-ownership work environment experience
