• Strategic Test Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for SAP projects.
• Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of test managers and engineers, fostering a cooperative and high-performance environment.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the execution of test plans, ensuring the quality and functionality of SAP systems.
• Defect Management: Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues.
• Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate testing progress, issues, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in testing methodologies.
