Role Summary

Own end-to-end HR operations from onboarding to offboarding (Global Enviroment) while serving as the primary point of contact for employee, manager, and client escalations. Ensure accurate, compliant HR data, drive process improvements and SOP governance, and support HR transformation through digitization and AI-enabled tools. Balance operational rigor with a consultative, employee-centric approach in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee data management and offboarding.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, managers and clients, providing high-quality HR support and guidance.
- Manage and resolve HR queries, requests and escalations in a timely and skilled manner.
- Ensure HR processes are executed accurately, confidentially and in line with company policies and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and analyse HR reports, dashboards and metrics to support operational and business decisions.




- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise and optimise HR processes.
- Maintain SOPs, process documentation and governance standards to ensure service excellence and SLA adherence.
- Support audits, compliance activities and risk management by ensuring accurate HR records and documentation.
- Contribute to HR transformation, digitalisation and system enhancement initiatives, including process redesign and automation projects.
- Leverage HR technologies, AI-powered tools and data insights to improve efficiency, employee experience and service delivery.

Your Experience and Skills
- 8–12 years in HR Operations/Shared Services, HRBP, or HR Service Delivery roles
- Strong hands-on experience with HRIS platforms SAP SuccessFactors and reporting/analytics
- Proven track record managing client/stakeholder relationships and escalations in a high-volume environment
