About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy, performance-driven Zonal Training Manager – Banca to lead the training function across Kerala and Mangalore. This leadership role will focus on strengthening sales capability, driving bancassurance productivity, and mentoring a robust team of Area Training Managers.

Team Leadership

Lead & mentor 5–8 Area Training Managers

Drive capability development and sales effectiveness

Monitor performance metrics & training impact

Build a high-performance training culture across the zone

Key Responsibilities

Own the zonal training strategy for Kerala & Mangalore

Deliver and supervise product, sales & compliance training

Drive insurance penetration through structured training interventions

Partner with Regional Sales Managers & Bank stakeholders

Lead training rollouts for new product launches

Identify performance gaps & implement corrective action plans

Ensure regulatory & compliance adherence

Ideal Candidate Profile

-
6–12 years of experience in Insurance (Bancassurance preferred)

-
Proven experience in team handling (minimum 2+ years)

Strong exposure to life insurance products & sales processes

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Strong stakeholder management & leadership ability

Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala & Mangalore
