Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automation Manager to lead and drive enterprise-wide test automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining automation strategies, managing automation teams, establishing best practices, improving test efficiency, and ensuring high-quality software delivery across multiple projects. The role requires robust technical expertise in automation frameworks, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
- Drive automation adoption across web, mobile, API, and enterprise applications.
- Establish automation standards, governance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Product Owners, and Business teams.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor automation coverage, execution trends, and quality metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and test optimization.
- Perform effort estimation, resource planning, and project tracking.
- Provide regular status reports and quality dashboards to leadership.
- Support release readiness and quality sign-off activities.
- Evaluate and recommend new automation tools and technologies.
