Description
Join our engineering team to design, build, and deliver next-generation cloud-native solutions for our Core Management Systems. This role requires deep expertise in designing and developing scalable distributed systems and microservices-based applications, with responsibilities spanning architecture, development, quality engineering, automation, deployment, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will provide robust technical leadership, drive engineering best practices, mentor team members, and ensure the successful delivery of resilient, scalable, and high-quality software solutions. A strong quality-first mindset, with hands-on involvement in testing, automation, CI/CD, and emerging AI-powered and agentic automation frameworks, is essential.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design, development, delivery, and lifecycle management of cloud-native Core Management System solutions, ensuring scalability, resilience, and operational excellence.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of distributed systems components, microservices, and platform components,



driving technical decisions and engineering best practices across the team.
- Champion a quality-first engineering culture by driving test automation, continuous testing, code quality, reliability engineering, and DevSecOps practices throughout the software lifecycle.
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, observability, and Kubernetes-based cloud-native platforms to improve delivery velocity and system reliability.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools, agentic automation frameworks, and engineering productivity solutions to accelerate software delivery, improve quality, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with product and business objectives.
