Job Description
Level-2 Backup & Recovery SME and Administrator.
Expert on Cohesity Netbackup.
L2 or L1+ Skills on Tape Libraries.
Valuable knowledge on Data duplication, and replication concepts.
Well versed with NetBackup and Recovery planning and implementation.
Media Management & Vendor Coordination.
Troubleshooting complex problems.
Candidate is expected to have complex production support experience.
Backup Server / Client installations.
Patching & Upgradation.
Recovery of Backup Server from failure.
Change Management Planning and Implementation.
Disaster Recovery Support (plan & participate).
Backup tool migration.
Backup reporting
Preparing monthly backup success rate.
Technical Skills Required
Strong hands-on experience with Cohesity Netbackup and restore operations, replication, troubleshooting failures, and server builds.
Knowledge of Tape Libraries.
High Availability Configurations.
Performance Management of Backup Infrastructure.
Tape Library and disk storage configuration.
Disk to Disk and Disk to Disk to Tape configurations.
Recovery experience with specific backup modules like VMware sn
