SAP Ariba Consultant Experience: 10 years to 20 years Work location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Mumbai / Pune / Noida / Gurugram / Kolkata Work mode: Hybrid Skill Matrix: Key Responsibilities: Gather Requirement, perform fit-gap analysis and develop robust design. • Deliver workshop and prepare required documentations as per project guidelines. • Lead the design and manage the stakeholders to get the timely sign off on the best practices processes design for SAP Ariba full suite applications. • Configure contract workspaces, clause libraries, templates, playbooks and term variants; set up meta-data taxonomy. • Design approval flows (legal, finance) with thresholds; implement e-signature and versioning; define archive/retention. • Map ERP integrations: vendor/GL/CC, contract reference on PO, price/term visibility; data migration for legacy contracts. • Set up obligation tracking, alerts and renewals; define KPIs for contract compliance and cycle time. • Collaborate with Supplier Risk to embed risk scores and mitigations within contracting checkpoints. • Design registration and qualification workflows; build modular questionnaires (tax,
