Role Name : Infrastructure and Toolsets (Application) Support Engineer

Experience Range : 6 to 8 Years

Roles and Responsibilities : The Toolsets (Application) Support Engineer is responsible to support and maintain the below DevOps application tools installed in Client Workplace.

Tools: DevOps , AHA!!, Octane, SonarQube, Visual Studio Users Management, Exalate, Clarizen, UFT One, GITHUB-Copilot, MF Connect

Must Have Skills :

Strong Experience in Toolsets Application trouble shooting.

The candidate should have expertise in Cloud and SaaS deployments, as well as a good understanding of On-Premises environments.

Experienced in Toolsets Upgrades.

Experience as an SME in their current project is required.

Experience in managing licensing, user and resource management, installing certificates

Strong knowledge in ITIL Process.

Nice to Have Skills:

Scripting Knowledge / Automation skills will be a value add.

Familiar with the synchronization tools (e.g. MFConnect , Exalate, Tasktop) desirable

Communication Skill and Presentation Skill

Good Networking knowledge
