Senior Java Full Stack Developer Camunda Leads

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Define the architecture, create high level design artifacts, and define technology approaches/processes.
- Create and code solutions in a multi-team set-up and ensure a successful implementation of process automation in the CARE domain
- Hand on Java/microservice development as per the sprint objective
- Support management in the process of growing the process automation footprint for VOIS in Solstice
- Build Proof of concepts as required and build BPMN/Camunda Capability in _VOIS




- Train/Mentor Java developers to upskill on Camunda BPMN and Support the set-up and upskilling of the new team

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience (max 5):
- Strong experience in Camunda Engine, BPMN business process and associated tools, SOA/Microservice architecture using Camunda
- Strong hands-on Java Development experience including good knowledge of Java design patterns especially related to Microservices
- Solid understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and messaging platforms (ideally Kafka)
- Solid experience in Spring and Spring Boot. Good knowledge of CI/CD and related tools
