Embedded Project Manager

nLocation: E-City, Tukugudda, Hyderabad (100% Onsite)

nNote: Candidates with experience exclusively in the Automotive industry will not be considered.

nJob Responsibilities:
n

nLead the design and development of mission-critical embedded systems for Defense, Aerospace, and Satellite Communication applications.
nDrive end-to-end embedded product development while leading cross-functional engineering teams.
nProvide technical leadership across Embedded Systems, FPGA, and DSP development.
nLead the complete embedded product development lifecycle:
nRequirements analysis
n

nSystem architecture
nDesign & development
nCoding
nIntegration
nTesting & validation
nDocumentation
n

nManage and mentor Embedded, FPGA, Hardware, DSP, and Testing teams.
nReview system architecture, embedded software design, FPGA implementation, coding standards, and test strategies.
n

nCollaborate with Hardware, System Engineering, and Project teams for successful execution.
nMonitor project timelines,



technical risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
nEnsure compliance with IEEE 1220, internal quality standards, and Aerospace/Defense engineering practices.
nConduct technical reviews, design discussions, customer interactions, and solution presentations.
nSupport prototyping, system integration, field testing, product validation, and certification activities.

nMandatory Technical Skills
n

n10 years of experience in Embedded Systems, FPGA, and DSP-based product development.
nStrong programming and debugging expertise in Embedded C.
nHands-on FPGA RTL design using Verilog and/or VHDL.
nPreference will be given to Local Candidates only - ( Hyderabad )
nStrong knowledge of ARM-based 8/16/32-bit microcontrollers.
nHands-on experience with:
nUART
nEthernet
nSPI
nCAN
nI2C
nI2S
nADC
nDAC
n

nThorough understanding of the Embedded Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
