nCollaborate with key stakeholders to prepare, manage, and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
nMaintain robust client relationships and ensure seamless communication, fostering client satisfaction and retention.
nInitiate and manage strategic partnerships and alliance agreements to drive business growth.
nOversee company operations to enhance efficiency, control costs, and implement tactical initiatives to mitigate losses.
nPrepare timely, accurate, and insightful operational performance reports for leadership review.
nLead and oversee marketing initiatives while implementing best business practices to optimize results.
nDelegate responsibilities effectively and mentor employees to strengthen team capabilities and drive performance.




nConduct performance reviews, implement training programs, and ensure succession planning for key roles.
nSet and monitor targets across Quality, Service, and Productivity metrics, ensuring organizational objectives are met.
nResolve operational issues promptly to maximize customer satisfaction and implement preventive measures.
nMonitor and report productivity, efficiency, and project execution, including tracking actions, communications, and documentation to ensure timely and effective delivery.
nTake proactive measures to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across all service touchpoints.
n2-4 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relation Management & Project Management

nRequirements
nBachelor’s degree is required. Preferably in marketing or business fields.
nExcellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
nHaving worked in a marketing agency is preferred. Comp
