nThis is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team within. Part of the GDS-GCO Enablement team in India, the role will involve working with legal/Global General Counsel’s Office (GCO) attorneys, and support business on client side or/and vendor contracts. You will provide legal support to the business and become a trusted adviser of stakeholders (often at senior leadership level). You will be expected to assess and understand how risks can be best managed and mitigated.

nYour responsibilities
n

nKey responsibilities will include the following:
n
- n
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, finalising and advising on client and procurement contracts (for and its global network member firms) and shall include:n
- IT contracts for multiple divisions and variety of technologies (such as AI, robotics, analytics),n
- Software License contracts, Hosted software/hosted services agreements;n
- IT Services agreements; Software support agreements; SLAsn
- Client Contracts (Engagement Agreement, Teaming Agreement,



Sub-Contract Agreement, RFPs, Managed Services Agreement).n
- Develop, review, and negotiate contractual clauses pertaining to artificial intelligence (AI) to safeguard organizational interests and ensure legal compliance.n
- Provide advice to business teams on the responsible use of AI, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including the EU AI Act.n
- Act as a point of contact for business/procurement teams and support the legal team.n
- Have a thorough understanding of general key business risks that need to be managed (training will be facilitated in respect specific risk management framework)n
- Assist with creating, facilitating, and delivering training to the team members.n
- Collaborating with internal specialist functions including Independence, onshore legal teams, Security, Privacy and Risk Management.n
