What would you do? • The Banking Services offering delivers mobilization, transition and transformation of banking operations across global, multi-location delivery environments. It covers retail,



commercial and corporate banking, lending, payments, trade finance, treasury, deposits, customer onboarding, KYC, AML, regulatory controls and customer service, supported by governance, automation and operating-model transformation.

• Manage end-to-end mobilization and transition of Banking Operations, from due diligence, solution validation and transition planning through knowledge transfer, process migration, operational readiness, stabilization and hypercare. Coordinate people, process, technology, governance, financial, risk and dependency workstreams to achieve contractual milestones, service readiness and business outcomes.
