WE’RE HIRING | PRODUCT & SERVICE EXCELLENCE MANAGER

At Modge, we’re scaling from 8 outlets towards a much bigger vision — and we need someone who can make sure quality never gets diluted as we grow.

We’re looking for a Product & Service Excellence Manager who will own:

• Product quality & consistency across outlets

• Service standards & customer experience

• Outlet audits — product, hygiene, service & SOPs

• Team training, evaluations & certifications

• Customer complaint analysis & corrective actions

• SOP implementation and continuous improvement

This is not a desk job. You’ll be on the floor, in outlets, observing, training, auditing and fixing what isn’t working.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Mature. Confident. Extremely observant. Process-driven.

Someone who can hold teams accountable while also being able to train, coach and build them.

Experience: Min 1 year experience in QSR / Café / Bakery / Restaurant / Hospitality

Location: Kolkata / Hyderabad
