As an Apprentice, the candidate will gain structured, hands-on exposure to the complete sales cycle for the Laboratory Chemicals portfolio. Through customer interactions, field visits, lead generation, product promotion, territory planning, and collaboration with internal teams and channel partners, the apprentice will develop practical technical, commercial, customer-management, and professional skills.

The apprenticeship is designed to enable the candidate to learn by doing, with each activity contributing to a specific set of capabilities required for a successful career in sales.
