Boutique 7-room boho hotel at Pawna Lake, with an open-air café (Sicily Café), seeks a hands-on Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities
- Handle check-ins/check-outs, bookings, and guest requests
- Run daily/weekly SOP checklists across rooms, café, lawn/hammocks, and staircase
- Supervise housekeeping and café staff; flag maintenance issues to vendors
- Manage inventory (linens, toiletries, café supplies)
- Resolve guest complaints; escalate when needed
Requirements
- 2–4 years hospitality experience (boutique property a plus)
- Comfortable across housekeeping, F&B;, and front-office
- Strong attention to detail, good communication (English/Hindi/Marathi)
- Available weekends/holidays; in office role
