4. Team Member (3 openings)

Team Members keep the café running smoothly and spotless: food preparation, counter and floor

service, cleaning and dishwashing. The role also covers housekeeping, so there is no separate

housekeeping position.

Reports to: Shift Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Food and counter

• Heat and plate sandwiches, beignets and baked goods using the high-speed oven, to Blenz

recipes and portion sizes.

• Stock and arrange the food display and grab-and-go chiller.

• Support the counter at peak times: taking orders, packing takeaway and delivery orders, and

handing over.

Floor and guest areas

• Clear and sanitise tables, keep seating tidy and welcome guests warmly.

• Keep washrooms, floors, glass and entrance clean to the store cleaning schedule.

Back of house

• Operate the dishwasher and keep cups, glassware and smallwares ready for service.

• Receive and store deliveries in the right place and temperature; follow FIFO and labelling.

• Segregate and dispose of waste as per BMC norms.

Safety and hygiene





• Follow food safety, personal hygiene and uniform standards at all times.

• Use cleaning chemicals safely as trained, and report hazards or breakages immediately.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 0–2 years in a café, QSR, hotel or retail store; freshers welcome.

• Education: Class 10 pass or above.

• Skills: energetic, reliable and neat; happy working as part of a team.

• Languages: basic Hindi; basic English or Marathi is a plus.

• Availability: rotating shifts including weekends and holidays; able to stand and lift up to 15 kg.

Compensation: Rs.3 lacs/annum, plus service incentive, PF, ESIC and statutory benefits. .( Not a

constraint for exceptional candidate-can go up to Rs.3.6 lacs/annum)
