Job Description:

Responsible for day-to-day site execution, manpower supervision, work planning, quality, safety coordination, material and equipment planning, and ensuring daily project targets are achieved as per drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site activities
- Allocate manpower and monitor productivity
- Ensure work as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate fabrication, erection, welding, sheeting, painting and civil activities
- Plan materials, tools and equipment requirements
- Monitor quality and reduce rework
- Coordinate with Safety Officer for protected work execution
- Prepare Daily Progress Report (DPR)
- Coordinate with client/site representatives
- Report delays, shortages and technical issues
- Maintain site measurements and records
- Ensure daily and weekly targets are achieved

Responsible for overall coordination between the site team,



management, client, vendors, procurement, manpower and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate between site team, management and client
- Track daily, weekly and monthly project progress
- Follow up manpower mobilisation and attendance
- Coordinate material procurement and delivery
- Track equipment, machinery and vehicle requirements
- Coordinate gate passes, material passes and site documentation
- Follow up vendors and subcontractors
- Maintain project trackers and MIS reports
- Coordinate project expenses, bills and payment follow-ups
- Prepare MOM and track action points
- Monitor pending approvals and project requirements
- Highlight delays, risks and critical issues
- Ensure timely communication and closure of project activities
