Salary: Rs.18,000 – Rs. 20,000 + Incentives
- Job ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their residence, office, or property location (customer details will be provided by the company).
- Explain home loan products and eligibility criteria to customers.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Assist customers in filling out home loan application forms.
- Submit completed loan files to the office as per bank requirements.
- Coordinate with customers and banks for any pending or additional documents.
- Follow up regularly with customers and bank officials to ensure timely loan processing.
- Update customers regarding loan status, sanction, and disbursement.
- After loan sanction, visit customers for agreement signing and other required formalities.
- Coordinate with banks for smooth loan disbursement.
- Maintain valuable relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum PUC / Degree.
- Experience in Banking, Home Loans, Insurance, Real Estate, or Field Sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Ability to travel within Bangalore for customer visits.
- Basic knowledge of documentation and customer handling.
