? Position: Telecaller? Job Responsibilities

- ? Make outbound calls to customers and communicate professionally.
- ?️ Explain products/services and provide accurate information to customers.
- ? Follow up with customers and maintain proper call records.
- ? Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
- ? Achieve daily and monthly calling/collection targets.
- ? Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information.
- ? Coordinate with the Team Leader regarding daily activities and performance.

- Candidates with Telecalling, BPO, Customer Support, or Collection experience can also apply.

Team Leader? Job Responsibilities

- ? Manage, supervise, and motivate a team of Telecallers.
- ? Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.
- ? Ensure the team achieves daily and monthly targets.
- ? Monitor call quality, productivity, attendance, and follow-ups.
- ? Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
- ? Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues.
- ? Prepare and maintain daily/weekly performance reports.
- ? Coordinate with management and ensure adherence to company processes.
- ? DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is mandatory for Team Leader positions.
- ✅ EligibilityPrior experience in Telecalling, Collections, BPO, or Customer Support is preferred.
- Previous team-handling experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of managing a team.
- DRA Certification is mandatory for Team Leader applicants.
