We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Bakery Department Assistant to support our bakery team in daily production and operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the bakery team with preparation and production of breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other bakery products.
- Weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and instructions.
- Assist with mixing, baking, decorating, packing, and labeling products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery area, equipment, and utensils.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Help with receiving, storing, and organizing bakery ingredients and supplies.
- Support the bakery team during busy production periods.
- Ensure products are handled and stored properly.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Bakery Supervisor/Chef.




- RequirementsPrevious bakery, kitchen, food production, or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of bakery products and ingredients is an advantage.
- Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
