About the Role

RoomAdda is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to

connect with potential customers, understand their accommodation requirements, provide

suitable options, and support the sales team in converting leads into bookings.

What You Will Do

• Qualify and assess leads based on customer preferences, budget, location, and

move-in requirements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers through timely

and consistent follow-ups.

• Meet potential customers and understand their accommodation requirements.

• Conduct property visits and coordinate with customers for site visits.

• Achieve assigned individual and team targets related to lead qualification, follow-

ups, conversions, and bookings.

Who We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (B. Com, BBA, or

related field).

• Good at talking to and convincing people.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• A quick learner who is eager to understand sales processes, market dynamics, and

customer behaviour.

• Growth-minded, looking to build a career in business development and sales.
