Job Descriptionipshopy.com is hiring E-commerce Executives – Work From Home for seller onboarding, seller support, customer support and marketplace operations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting sellers, completing seller registrations, supporting existing sellers, assisting customers and maintaining regular follow-ups through calls and CRM.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact and onboard new sellers on ipshopy.com
- Complete seller registration and account activation
- Explain the benefits and features of selling on ipshopy.com
- Guide sellers for product listing and catalogue requirements
- Follow up with sellers for account completion and product uploads
- Provide seller support through calls, WhatsApp and CRM
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate support
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Maintain daily calling, follow-up and activity records
- Build and maintain good relationships with sellers
- Encourage active sellers to regularly update products, pricing and inventory
- Support the overall growth of the ipshopy.com marketplace
- Candidate Requirements12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good Hindi communication skills
- Basic English preferred
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Comfortable with calling and customer interaction
- Smartphone/Laptop with stable internet connection required
- Target-oriented, disciplined and responsible
- Experience in Telecalling, BPO, Customer Support, Seller Support, E-commerce or Sales will be an advantage
Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Performance Incentive: Up to ₹10,000 per month
Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹22,000 per month
