Order Verification: Review orders before and after delivery to verify that garment counts match, charges/invoices are correct, and items are handed to the right customer.
Customer Service: Interact politely and professionally with clients, answering routine queries and addressing service feedback or complaints in office.
Payments & Documentation: Collect payments (cash/digital) for delivered items where applicable and maintain logs or digital delivery reports.
Route & Vehicle Compliance: Follow assigned delivery routes efficiently, adhere to time schedules, and comply with all traffic and safety guidelines
