We are looking for a responsible and proactive Service Head / Coordinator who will take complete ownership of our CCTV, surveillance and technical service operations, including both On-Site and Off-Site service activities.
The person will be responsible for planning, coordinating, assigning, monitoring and closing service tasks, while ensuring that every customer complaint and installation/service requirement is handled within the committed timeline.
The Service Head/Coordinator will act as the single point of coordination between customers, service engineers and management, ensuring a systematic, accountable and qualified service operation.
Performance will primarily be measured on:
Service TAT • Pending Job Control • Customer Satisfaction • Engineer Productivity • First-Time Resolution • Installation Quality • Complaint Closure Rate
