About the Role MindSupport Hypnosis & Counselling is looking for confident and target-oriented Telecaller / Counselling Executives to handle leads, counsel prospective students, conduct follow-ups and convert enquiries into workshop/course registrations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCall and respond to leads generated through digital marketing, website, social media and WhatsApp.
- Understand prospects' requirements and recommend suitable MindSupport programs.
- Explain course/workshop details, fees, schedules, benefits and registration process accurately.
- Handle objections and confidently communicate with prospective students.
- Conduct systematic follow-ups and convert interested leads into registrations.
- Maintain accurate lead status and notes in CRM.
- Communicate professionally through phone and WhatsApp.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain daily reports and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales/team head to achieve overall team targets.




- RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive personality with good listening skills.
- Strong follow-up and sales ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Comfortable discussing course fees and closing registrations.
- Languages preferred: Telugu, English & Hindi.
- Education: graduation preferred.
- Experience in telecalling, counselling, inside sales, education, training, wellness or high-ticket sales is preferred.
