We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced SAP FICO Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training to students and working professionals. The trainer should be able to explain SAP FI & CO concepts clearly and provide hands-on guidance using real-time business scenarios.
- Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on SAP FICO.
- Explain SAP FI and CO concepts through practical examples and business scenarios.
- Cover key areas including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center and Internal Orders.
- Provide hands-on training on SAP transactions and business processes.
- Explain integration of FICO with modules such as MM and SD.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, case studies and practical exercises.
- Conduct assessments and track student progress.
- Guide students with real-time project scenarios and implementation concepts.
- Support students with interview preparation and career-oriented guidance.
- Resolve student doubts and provide individual mentoring.
- Keep training content updated with relevant SAP S/4HANA features and industry practices.
Requirements
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP FICO / SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Practical experience in SAP FICO implementation, support or business processes.
- Positive understanding of FI and CO modules.
- Previous training, mentoring or teaching experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and structured manner.
- SAP certification is an added advantage.
