We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented recruiter who can build and manage a strong bench of candidates actively seeking employment opportunities in the US. Job Summary The US Bench Recruiter – Candidate Acquisition will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates who are actively looking for jobs in the US market. The recruiter will build and maintain a quality candidate bench that can be further marketed by the ApplyForMe.us Marketing Team through job applications and recruitment services. Key Responsibilities • Source and onboard candidates actively looking for job opportunities in the US market. • Build and maintain a solid pipeline of candidates across various technologies and domains. • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate profiles, skills, work authorization, and job preferences. • Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure accurate documentation of their profiles. • Coordinate with the Marketing Team for candidate handovers and profile marketing activities. • Ensure candidates provide all required information, including resumes, work authorization details, preferred roles,



salary expectations, and availability. • Maintain daily reports on candidate sourcing, onboarding, and pipeline status. • Track candidate engagement and ensure timely follow-ups. • Update candidate information in ATS/CRM systems accurately. • Meet weekly and monthly candidate onboarding targets. • Maintain the quality and readiness of candidates available for profile marketing and recruitment services. Required Skills & Qualifications • 1+ years of experience in US Recruitment, Bench Recruitment, Candidate Sourcing, or Talent Acquisition. • Strong understanding of the US Staffing industry and job market. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience in candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and other job portals. • Knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, OPT, CPT, TN Visa, etc.). • Strong negotiation and candidate relationship management skills. • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment. Preferred Skills • Experience using ATS/CRM tools. • Exposure to US recruitment processes and candidate management. • Experience building candidate pipelines across multiple technologies. • Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
