Job Description – Payment Structure:

Upsell Order – ₹50 per order

Post-Sale – ₹2.50 per call

Abandoned Order – ₹10 per order

SCW Order – ₹10 per order

Verification Call – ₹1 per call

NDR Call – ₹1.40 per call

Inbound – ₹7 per order for Telugu and ₹12 per order for Kannada

Requirements:

Fluent in Kannada or Telugu

Own laptop (mandatory)

Reliable Wi-Fi/internet connection

Good-quality headset with microphone

Basic computer knowledge

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Working Hours:

You must be available to work between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM (midnight). Rotational shifts will be assigned within this time window.
