? Key Responsibilities

- Volume Recruitment: Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for customer support agents, trainers, and quality analysts through job portals, social media networks, and local recruitment drives.
- HR Operations: Supervise employee onboarding documentation, attendance tracking, leave logs, and payroll process inputs.
- Leadership Alignment: Coordinate closely with Training, Quality, and Operations Managers to seamlessly manage resource requirements and meet staffing SLAs. [
- Employee Relations: Act as a central point of contact to resolve employee grievances, implement workplace policies, and roll out engagement initiatives.
