- Own end-to-end QE portfolio delivery for Insurance accounts; act as the escalation point for quality and delivery issues.n
- Specific domain Experience on Property and Casualty Insurance.n
- Drive account growth and expansion through proposals, RFPs, estimations, and AI for QE service adoption within Insurance clients.n
- Ensure high CSAT via solid stakeholder management and impactful demos.n
- Establish delivery governance across accounts (KPIs, risks, compliance, regulatory considerations, reviews).n
- Lead test improvement initiatives across coverage, efficiency, and quality metrics.n
- Drive adoption of AI-led QE, automation-first, and CI/CD practices across Agile/DevOps/DevSecOps.n
- Provide expertise across testing methodologies (integration, system, UAT, Regression, automation) with BFSI domain context.n
- Mentor and guide QE associates, driving talent upskilling and capability building.n
- Balance technical leadership and people management to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.n
