Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive recent client acquisition and revenue growth for our IT Staffing and Recruitment business.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, onboarding new accounts, and working closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure successful closure of client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for IT Staffing, Contract Staffing, Contract-to-Hire, and Permanent Hiring services.
- Generate business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry connections.
- Connect with key stakeholders including HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Procurement Teams, Vendor Management Teams, Hiring Managers, and Business Leaders.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.




- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand hiring requirements and position company capabilities.
- Negotiate commercial terms, rate cards, vendor agreements, MSAs, and staffing contracts.
- Complete client/vendor onboarding and empanelment processes.
- Obtain active requirements from clients and coordinate closely with recruitment teams for timely delivery.
- Track submissions, interviews, offers, joiners, and revenue generated from assigned accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Generate repeat business by ensuring consistent delivery quality and turnaround time.
- Work with internal recruitment teams to prioritize high-value and urgent requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, account plans, and revenue reports for management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging hiring demand.
- Participate in industry events, networking meetings, and client visits where required.
