nWHAT WILL YOU DO

- n
- Independently build and grow partnerships with mid-sized insurance brokers across India to sell Vision benefits to their customers.n
- Identify and engage with corporates to drive adoption of VisionSure’s vision benefits solutions.n
- Own the entire sales and partnership cycle — from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and closure.n
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers across brokers, corporates, HR teams, and other relevant stakeholders.n
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementation of partnerships.n
- Take ownership of sales outcomes and experiment with different approaches to build a scalable B2B businessn

nREQUIREMENT

- n
- 2–4 years of experience in Corporate Insurance Selling primarily Health Insurance and/or OPD or wellness, or any other benefits for Employees.n
- Experience working with mid-sized insurance brokers and corporates is mandatory.n




- Comfortable working independently and building a pipeline from scratch with minimal supervision.n
- Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who enjoys finding new opportunities and figuring out how to make things happen.n
- Willingness to travel across India for broker and corporate meetings.n
