nManager - Govt Risk and Compliance is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the enterprise risk and compliance framework across global operations. This role ensures regulatory adherence, audit readiness, policy governance, and internal control effectiveness across US, India, and UK environments. The position acts as an independent governance function partnering with HR, Finance, IT, and Delivery to protect organizational integrity and mitigate operational risk.
nResponsibilities

- Lead enterprise risk and compliance governance across US, India, and UK operations.n
- Maintain statutory compliance calendar and ensure zero missed filings or penalties.n
- Drive audit readiness and internal control alignment for ISO/SOC frameworks.n
- Conduct control testing, track audit findings, and ensure timely remediation.n
- Develop and maintain enterprise risk register, heatmap,



and mitigation plans.n
- Govern policy lifecycle management and documentation standards.n
- Manage compliance incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.n
- Provide structured risk and compliance reporting to executive leadership and escalate material exposures proactively.n

nSkills Required

- n
- 12+ years of experience in risk, compliance, audit, or governance rolesn
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC frameworksn
- Knowledge of India statutory compliance; exposure to US/UK environments preferredn
- Experience in IT services or professional services setting preferredn
- Strong documentation, analytical, and control testing skillsn
- Ability to operate independently and influence cross-functional teamsn
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.n
- Professional certifications preferredn
- ISO 27001
